Free shipping on all orders. At this time we do not ship outside the U.S.

 

RETURNS
Policy:
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. 
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. 
Any merchandise marked 'Final Sale' is non-returnable. 
 
Store Credit:
Store credit can only be used online at our website: www.shopjrichards.com
Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. 
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit is provided in U.S. dollars. 
 
Returns:

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge 
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling and processing fee of $10.95, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. 
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

To Return An Item

1. To return an item please email us with the subject line "Customer Return"

2. In the first few lines please tell us the reason for your return

3. Next indicate your order number and the item(s) you would like to return

4. Finally, indicate whether you would like a return for store credit, a refund or to exchange for an alternative size. Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling and processing fee of $10.95, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non- refundable 

5. Await our response, as a member of our customer care team will send you a new shipping label

6. Print the label and place it on the outside of the package 

7. Drop off at your nearest UPS location
